Everything Must Change was the season openirg episode of Season 4 of A Different World, the 70th overall episode in the series. The episode, which was writen by Susan Fales, and directed by Debbie Allen, was first broadcasted on NBC-TV on September 20, 1990.
Storyline[]
When Whitley finally decides to kindle a romance with Dwayne, who's returned from his trip to Japan, he reveals that he's moved on from her, as he's started dating an exchange student whom he met in Japan who attends nearby Avery University.
Summary[]
Whitley returns from her travels determined to begin a relationship with Dwayne, as she finally decides to hook up with Dwayne when she finds out that he did not just bring a souvenir for her back from his trip to Japan, but he also brought himself a souvenir, one that is a living human being, and it's another female. Dwayne has moved on to a romance with newcomer Kinu, a student at nearby Avery University whom he met while in Japan. Whitley Meanwhile, Whitley also decides to bunk with Juleesa. Also, Col. Taylor's son Terrence arrives from Germany, quickly earning the nickname "Pee-Wee Hormone" for his clueless pursuit of women.
