SynopsisEdit

Mrs. Clair Huxtable Denise's mother, comes to videotape and interview Hilman's students while Freddy finds part of the underground rail road.

StorylineEdit

Clair Huxtable returns to Hillman to conduct a videotaped career development program designed to help the students prepare for upcoming job interviews. The students at Hillman are in for a surprise as they assess themselves with regards to their future plans and aspirations. Clair is somewhat caught off-guard by the lack of preparation some of the students display.

Freddie flatly tells Clair she wants no place in corporate America and excuses herself to continue an archeology dig she's in the midst of. When Freddie later shows Clair that she's discovered an underground railroad shelter, it evokes a powerful reaction in her. Face to face with her past, even Clair must admit that there's more than one way to be successful. Phylicia Rashad and husband Ahmad Rashad special guest star.
